SHINE Breast Cancer Support Group- January 2023

We are pleased to announce January’s SHINE Breast Cancer Support Group Speaker, Sara Kouten, LCSW. Sara specializes in therapy related to grief and trauma support for cancer, chronic illness, and major life changes. She will be presenting on a variety of topics surrounding body image changes, cancer-related anxiety, survivorship, and the use of relaxation techniques to support survivorship.
SHINE is an interactive breast cancer support group that provides an uplifting environment to encourage meaningful and helpful conversation. Through SHINE, our goal is to help women with breast cancer make informed treatment decisions, equip them with tools to ease the challenges of treatment, and most importantly, share support and encouragement during and after breast cancer.
When: Tuesday, January 17th, 2023
