The Benefits of Cruciferous Vegetables
Studies have shown that eating cruciferous vegetables, such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussel sprouts, has the potential to prevent cancer and inhibit the increase in the number of tumor cells that can cause cancer.
